COVID-19 Update: Working remotely

COVID-19 Update: Working remotely

To our valued clients,

Priority Home Loans would like to take this opportunity to wish you well at this difficult time.

It is business as usual at Team Priority however, in the interest of all (staff, clients, families and the community), Lorraine and I have decided to close the Tamworth and Newcastle offices from this Friday 27/03/2020 and have our team working remotely. Brokers will be contactable via their email or mobile phone.

Please note we have put the following procedures in place for both our Tamworth and Newcastle office:

  • Our preference is to hold meetings over the phone or Skype/ Zoom, however if this is not possible, please ring or email your Broker in advance.
  • Our office will continue to operate from 9am to 5pm and the office phone will remain manned as much as possible (67669727) otherwise, simply leave a message on the answering machine.
  • If you need to drop off any type of documents, please continue to do so. We have a locked letterbox-style receptacle near the rear office door (please let your broker know that you have dropped it off).
  • If you need to sign loan documents or applications, we will talk this over with you to determine the most suitable method.

We all know that the current climate is unprecedented and changing almost daily. We may need to change these arrangements again and we will inform you accordingly.

Additionally, if you need assistance or support from your lender due to financial hardship, please reach out to your Priority Broker and they will provide you with information provided by your respective lender. The following link will also provide information for numerous lenders offering financial hardship assistance:

The Priority team is taking the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously. We want to be part of the solution, and we encourage everyone to do the same to prevent exposure of those most at risk to the virus. While you may be healthy and feel you are not likely to be seriously affected, be mindful that you could still pass on the virus to others, even if you are asymptomatic. We will get through this if we all do our bit to stop the spread.

If you are seeking more information on COVID-19, you can call the Australian Government's Coronavirus Health Information Line on 1800 020 080.

Finally, Lorraine, myself and the rest of the Priority team hope that you and your family stay safe and healthy during these challenging times.

Regards,
Bryan and Lorraine Coleman and the Priority Team.
